 Curt brings 26 years of experience in Investment Banking, where he honed his expertise in financial services and strategy consulting. His deep passion for animal welfare is reflected in his 15 years of dedicated work in animal rescue and his leadership in running the Charlotte Veg Fest for six years. Over the past 12 years, Curt has been at the forefront of investing in sustainable food, leveraging his extensive experience to drive strategic investments that align with Clear Current Capital's mission of empowering a sustainable food system.

Kim supports Clear Current Capital's portfolio by leveraging her expertise in scaling operations, organizational culture, digital branding, and sales strategy. She helps companies communicate their value, fosters growth, and coaches in workplace well-being. Kim also strengthens investor relationships by aligning business goals with investor expectations.

Kim has a BA in Communications from Ashford University, Radio, Television, Film, and Journalism from the University of North Texas, and is Certified in Digital Marketing, Planning, and analytics from Columbia Business School. Additionally, Kim studied the Science of well-being under cognitive scientist Dr. Laurie Renee Santos at Yale University and received training as a Chief Happiness Officer with Denmark’s Happiness Expert and global thought leader Alexander Kjerulf.
